Dave Nanderam is President of TapestryBuilder. Dave has provided human capital and corporate citizenship advisory services and program design expertise for more than 20 years in both internal and external consulting roles. He has worked with leadership stakeholders in various private sector work settings including, finance, pharmaceutical, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing as well as non-profit environments including healthcare, education and advocacy.

Dave has a Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN. His research focused on the use of corporate social responsibility initiatives to address business challenges and build longer-term shareholder value. He conducted a national study, in collaboration with the United Way of Canada, which explored the influence of cross-sector alliances on employee engagement.
